What is this conference about?
The conference looks at digital projects in education around the world and seeks to help attendees understand where and how such projects are successful and where they aren’t. This will enable policy makers, technology providers and educational publishers to make better decisions on how they can work together to improve educational outcomes in the future, and learn lessons from the experience of others and the latest empirical research in the area.
What makes this conference unique?
It is a first in that it aims to bring together those that create content and technologies for education with policy makers and to have discussion based on research and experience. That will allow a differentiated approach to new technologies and new forms of content curation. Together participants will understand better, what actually improves educational outcomes.
Who should attend?
Publishers and other content providers, educators and policy advisors, technology critics and technology providers, and anyone else who is interested in understanding how digital tools affect education and how best to make use of them.
